There are some moments when there is very little left to say.
For this young girl, there had been pain, fear, loneliness, and memories no child should have to carry. For a long time, the idea of home had felt distant.
Then came the moment she was reunited with her family.
After rescuing her and walking with her through the difficult days, we were there to witness her return home. There were tears, long hugs, silence, and emotions that words could not quite capture.
It was painful to see what she had been through. But it was also beautiful to see where her story had brought her.
She was back with the people who had been waiting for her.
The past cannot be undone, and the wounds she carries may take time to heal. But being surrounded by family gives her something important to hold onto as she moves forward.
Today, we are not celebrating the pain she experienced. We are celebrating the fact that she made it home.
One child rescued. One family reunited. One difficult chapter behind her.
And perhaps the most meaningful part of this story is simple: she is no longer wondering where home is. She is home.
